Meet the Thunder 18U Gold coaches...
Missy Cutchall Head Coach sluggercoach@aol.com
Coach Cutchall starts her 6th year as the Thunder 18U coach after coaching 1 year at 14U and 1 at 16U in the organization. Prior to
starting the Thunder organization with former coach Mark Bennett, Missy was the assistant coach and pitching coach at Hagerstown Junior
College and also was a volunteer asst. coach for a year at Hancock High School. Missy played college softball at Hagerstown Junior
College where the team advanced to the 1997 NJCAA National Championships. Before college Missy led the Hancock High School Panthers
to 2 Region Championships and State Championship appearances. Missy played 18U travel ball for 3 years with the Western MD Lightning.
Missy
currently lives in Martinsburg, WV with her husband Brian, 2 cats and 2 Pugs. Missy is employed by Volvo Powertrain in Hagerstown,
MD as a systems engineer.

Coach Gorman starts her 2nd year as an asst. coach for the Thunder 18U. Emily played high school softball at Chambersburg High School
and also played several years of travel ball at 2nd base.
Emily currently lives in Greencastle, PA and is employed by Volvo Powertrain
in Hagerstown, MD in Product Development.

Coach Thomas starts his 1st season as an asst. coach for the 18U Thunder. Mike was an asst. coach with the 14U Thunder team in 2009.
Mike
currently lives in Hagerstown with his wife, daughter (Rachel who is on the team) and son. Mike is employed by Volvo in Shippensburg,
PA.

Coach Parks started his 1st season as an asst. coach for the 18U Thunder. Jay served as asst. coach for the 14U Thunder in 2009.
Jay
currently lives with his wife and two children (Danielle who is on the team) in Hedgesville, WV. Jay is employed as an electrician.

Ryan Cocolin Strength, Conditioning & Agility Coach
Davy Lewis Asst. Coach
Coach Lewis serves as an assistance coach for his 1st official season in 2010, although he spent lots of time helping the team and
keeping score in 2009. Davy also coaches at Fort Hill High School in Cumberland, MD.
Davy currently lives in Cumberland
with his wife and daughter Adria, who is on the team.
Ryan Cocolin joined the Thunder organization in the summer of 2009 as serves as the teams strength and conditioning coach. Ryan
supervises the girls through their winter weight training program and also works with the team on speed and agility training.
Ryan
currently lives in Hagerstown, MD.
